- Discuss types of health insurance that will work best with your organization
- Collect the necessary data required to develope a quote for your company
- Establish a firm quote and select a carrier that best fits your organization
- Create communication and enrollment materials for your employees and administrative staff
- Provide an on-going health care plan in addition to educational materials for participants
- Review the established plan throught the year
